Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase from JYNX. If you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help!

A. Our Return Window

You may return most unused items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, with tags attached) within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original, unused condition.

B. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature or personalization, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked as Final Sale.

Personalized or custom-ordered goods.

Gift cards.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@jynx.co.za with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

D. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at shop@jynx.co.za with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
