Q: Do you take orders for other handcrafted baby garments?

A: Absolutely! Please reach out with your requirements and we will chat with our grannies to see which one of them will be able to help you!

Q: What is the processing time for my order?

A: Processing time varies. Our handcrafted items (knits, keepsake boxes, etc.) require extra care and may take 5-7 business days before shipping. Ready-to-ship items usually ship within 1-2 business days.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?

A: Yes! Our signature brown cardboard boxes are included with the ready-made gift boxes. We also have cardboard boxes available, at a small additional fee, if you would like your individual choice of gifts packed into a box. (Our “Bespoke Baby” section will be coming soon!!)
We have a range of cute Baby Shower themed cards for your personalized message! Please send us an email, or WhatsApp, or call us with your special request and we will do our best to make it happen, we will confirm this via email.

Q: Where can I track my order?

A: Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link from the courier company.

Q: Are your knitwear items truly handmade?

A: Absolutely! All items in the Classic Knitwear, Premium Knitwear Collections, Toys and Crocheted Blankets are individually hand-knitted or crocheted locally by our team of skilled grannies.

Q: Will the garment I receive look exactly like the picture?

A: Because every piece is genuinely handcrafted, there may be subtle, beautiful variations in stitch tension, size, or detail. This makes your item truly unique—a sign it was made with love, not a machine.

We have made every possible effort to display the colours and images of the products we carry that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note that due to photographic lighting and different devices used to view the displayed product (monitors/phone screens), the actual colour of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate.

 

Q: Why do your prices reflect a premium?

A: Our prices reflect the quality of natural fibers (Merino wool, Silk, Cashmere, Alpaca, Cotton) and the fair compensation for the skilled, local pensioners who craft each piece. When you buy from JYNX, you are supporting a community elder.

 

🧼 Product Care & Returns

Q: How should I wash my hand-knitted garments?

A: We strongly recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent and laying them flat on a towel to dry. Never hang-dry knits, as this can cause stretching. (Full details are in our [Link to Product Care Guide]).

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns of most unused, unwashed items with original tags within 7 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for non-returnable items and instructions.
